Hi all. My newly installed N8800SAS is giving me disappointingly slow performance stats, as reported by ATTO Disk Benchmark. One of the reasons for buying this unit was the benchmarks shown at www.storagereviews.co.uk/?p=559 (iSCSI). Their figures:Average Write Throughput : 86.2 MB/sec Peak Write Performance : 100.3 MB/sec Average Read Throughput : 98.2 MB/sec Peak Read Performance : 116.9 MB/sec My own figures:Average Write Throughput : 10.7 MB/sec Peak Write Performance : 10.9 MB/sec Average Read Throughput : 83.5 MB/sec Peak Read Performance : 101.8 MB/sec As you can see, the Write performance is only a tenth of that seen by the reviewer, while Read performance is well down, too. The set-up I have: Dell PowerEdge 2950 Server (33Gb RAM dual quad-core Xeon CPU), connected to the N8800SAS thru a D-Link DGS-1216T Gigabit switch (Jumbo Frames is enabled on all devices). I'd appreciate any thoughts that my fellow users may have...

I've seen a few times that jumbo frames could slow down network throughput. Disabled it and see what the difference is?
