Tool showing status of NA (running, stopped)

I'm searching for a tool, which informs me about status changes of my N5200pro.

e.g. after Wake-Up-On-Lan command it should gives me a message, that my NAS is started.

Does anybody knows such a little tool?

I have my NAS configured that it uses Email-notifiction so if the NAS is being shutdown i get a email on my smartphone about that is being shutdown. And if i use the WOL app on my Smartphone it turns the NAS on and then i also get a email on my smartphone that the NAS is ready.
