My first post so let's cut to the chase. Just got a 3200pro populated with 1Tb SAMSUNG HD103UJ disk, one of which died on installation building a RAID5 array, but that's not the problem.
I have a small Netgear Prosafe GS105 Gig switch. It's an unmanaged store and forward device that has worked flawlessly with every device I've connected to it in the past, correctly negotiating with 10/100 NICs, 1G NICs, a Speedstream router 100M and a 100M wireless AP.
This is not so with the Thecus. The LAN port of the Thecus only connects at 100M and the WAN port only connects at 10M.
Directly connecting the Thecus to a Dlink Gig card on a PC results in a 1G connection on both LAN and WAN ports.
Any one aware of auto negotiate issues with the 3200Pro and/or this model of Netgear?
Are there any config opportunities with the Thecus to address this sort of issue?
