My NAS N299 won't hold any of the RAID configuration. If i set the RAID and i reboot, it give's the following screen and i have to re-enter the RAID configuration: At the installation at my XP PC it doesn't find the NAS. Our modem/rouder find it. I Also resetted it a couple times following the manual (hold reset buttong, power ong, hold it untill the second beeb) I alsco can't update the firmware, if i reboot it still says i have the firmware 0.28 (i tried upgrades FM 0.34, 0.32 and 0.37 a couple times). Also the status screen doesn't look healty. This was since the beginning, the status screen: It DON'T remember's the time and date and some other settings if I fully disconnect it from the power. If i configure JBOD i can start uploading from the main screen --> WebDisk. If i click options like Disks, Service Folders, Nsync or notifications it sais: "Please config the RAID first then carry on with FW installation to complete setup procedure.". Bud i can't do that. The log file is empty after every restart. I use the WAN interface and i get into the WEB interface, bud the setup doesn't work. It doesn't recognize the NAS in the setup. I reset it a couple times and tried 2 times to fully create the raid, bud after a reboot it is all gone. I use 2x samsung 1000GB 3.5" SATA-300 7200rpm 32Mb (HD103UJ) The raid 0 and JBOD are working fine, also after a restart. Can someone help me out?
