Hi Everyone,
I just bought a N4100 (not pro, not +) and planning to setup what RAID 5 with 3 x 100GB HD (200GB Array) for now. I was wondering, if I got 3 X 500 GB in the future, can I replace and rebuild the each drive one by one to increase the RAID Array to 1GB with RAID 5 without losing data?
I believe this kind of function call RAID extension. Anyone know about it
Thanks in advance

the 4100+ doesnt support it through a GUI. So i would imagine the 4100 wont either. However im trying to work out the CLI commands to make it happen. Im half way there! i got my 500gbs in and my 250gbs out - the array has been grown , but the file system has yet to be rebuilt.
Ill post full howto once completed

Hi,
Yes, it works. I did it with 1,5 TB drives.
