Hi..
in my thecus 5200 i've 3x 500GB Disk... = Raid5 now i want to extend my Raid5 with to 500Gb Disks...
is it possbile to extend it without dataloss?

Yeah it should be. Just be prepared for it to take a day or so to migrate.
You chuck in the extra 2 disks and then migrate the array. There is a risk of data loss but it seems to work okay. If its super important then yeah keep another backup.
That being said I'm currently adding in a 1TB drive to my existing 4xTB drives. It took 30 hours to get to 92% this morning, then next time I looked its back to 0%...
System has not rebooted and there is nothing in the system log (obviously i can't ssh in to investigate more cause the raid is unavailable while migrating).

I recently added 2 1tb disks to mine, It took 2 days to migrate, all worked perfectly!
