Is it posible to modify the ttl?

Hy all.
I would like to buy a n1200.
Also i would like to know if the firmware support console acces.
Because my ISP gives me net with packages that have TTL=1
i need a firmware that support iptables so i can modify the packages TTL>1.

Does the firmware supports TTL modify of the internet packages?
Also what ram and cpu does this device has?
