Before 1 hour ago, when i logon to my N3200 i always see this message: "Please install application pack first." and i can't see download manager page. I' ve tried to update the firmware up to 1.00.01 and all it's ok, but still i can't see download manager page... Has anyone the same problem? What is the application pack? (My firmware version now it's 1.00.01)

Did you install HDDs and create RAID? Application pack is firmware that resides on the HDD.

Hi, You 're not alone ... I have the same problem ... originaly the N3200 came with the last firmware ... And I can't find any Download manager in the Menu Network specified in the Manual ... I just buy my N3200 yesterday... I think that was maybe a problem linked to the HDs that are not in the HD compliant list given by THECUS... (I work with 3x SAMSUNG 1T)... But I see that you work with SEAGATE HD... If you have news ... please give me feedback also... Bad Karma.
