Has anyone taken the plunge and installed the new firmware released on April 17?
I took a look through the bug fixes and was a bit disappointed that the one big problem I've encountered, namely the intermitent rebuilding of my drives, wasn't in their.
Never-the-less, there are a number of useful bugs-fixes, along with some minor enhancements.
Any first hand testimonials on the upgrade would appreciated.
thx

I installed the genuine Thecus firmware a few days agon, and it all seems OK to me.
Mind you, my NAS doesn't take much of a canning.

I'm tempted to upgrade my N3200 to SSH version, but I don't want to loose my files on N3200. I have RAID 5 with 3 500Gb drives, so total capacity is near 1T and backup of all files is a bit a problem. I have only 200Gb free space, so I need 800Gb of free disk space to do the job. I wonder if any of you, who has updated FW to the newest ssh version, tell me what happens to the data files on N3200? Did you have any problems? Did you loose data? Did RAID array start to rebuild after update? Thanks in advance for info.
