Hi all...on a 5200Pro, upgraded to newest firmware because of wierdness trying to add a datastore to esx.
When I do a showmount --exports IPaddr I see 2 things that bother me....first I see old/deleted mounts in the list.
Secondly the nfs permissions are assigning it to FQDN of the hosts instead of the IP addr. The only way I can get a datastore added in esx is to do the * option which I don't want to do.
Can I manually edit the mountlist post creation to use the IP addr instead of the FQDN?
Why do those old mounts still show up post deletion?
Thanks in advance
<edited> I got the IP addr/FQDN issue resolved by removing the DNS server from the Thecus but I still have the permission issue. I can only add an NFS mount using * instead of the IP addr. I would really like to be able to resolve that if anyone has nay insight.
