1. So, is there any way I can change the share permisson or I can connect using shell ?
2. I can not open DATA/TIME setting as well as SMB/CIFS, CGI crash?
3. I can not change back to version 1.0.0.10, have tried change the information end of the fw file , seems can not pass the hash check. any idea?
Besides , seems the source of that firmware can not be download. please help to my problem since I have upload about 80 G document to N299, and without any backup.
PS , My HDD*2 on 299 using RAID1, so I can not mount disk to other PC to save my data!
Any developer can help?

I am also having troulble with user permissions. Is there a way of resetting them?

Hi,
I hope you read the installation notes before you did the firmware upgrade from 1.00.10 -- it clearly states:
For N299 with firmware 1.00.10 or earlier version, please follow the procedure. 1. Backup all data out of the NAS. 2. Upload firmware 3. Remove the RAID, then create a new one. 4. Upload firmware onto the RAID again. 5. Put backup data back onto the NAS.
In other words, upgrading from 1.00.10 to a later version you will need to re-setup your RAID. If you had any data on it that wasn't backed up, I'd be guessing you've lost it.
