Hello, I have some questions before buying a N1200 which looks very attractive. - Can you tell me what is the file system use for the internal HD?
- Can we use EXT3 on ESata/USB port?
- The 700Mo max file size is only for Usb or is for ESata too?
I already have a modem/router (DG834G Netgear). Is this kind of installation working? .....Net <---> DG834G <--–100Mb----> N1200 <–--1Gb----> PC .........................|<------100Mb----> PCs .........................|<------Wifi-------> PCs Thx!

File system for internal HDD: "reiserfs" and "ext3" Ext 3 has NO problem at eSATA/USB. File size limitation is imposed by the file system, not the N1200. 700MB is not a limitation for the USB or eSATA.
The LAN port (100Mb) has very limited application. It is good for devices that will not go to internet, e.g. networked player. Since WAN and LAN are isolated networks. Of course, both ports can access the HDD.

Thx! Is it possible to plug only 1 PC to N1200 with WAN/1Gb port and the N1200 to the router with LAN/100Mb?

Then your PC cannot go to internet But you are not intended to go internet, then it would be nice, because you can enable jumbo frame on both your PC and N1200, and no need to worry about the MTU size mismatch between J frame and internet pkt.
