Hi, recently clean up my router and all the wires on the ground so that it looks organize. I re-plug the thecus and everything. Now I cant access the thecus at all in any of the ip's I assign and changing the ip to new ones is no go. The thecus startup program shows that one of the drives are degraded I cant rebuild does anyone have any suggestions?

YES?? the cd that came with the thecus works. I can see the thecus gets assign to a ip and everything else is correct. I tried using it with assign ip and DHCP both give me same I can't access over web gui but I can FTP into it. Both also says that is degraded ( I think the only was to fix the degraded part is the boot into the web gui to restart it???)

Have you tried to reset the nas ?
You should backup your data using the ftp.
Your degraded system should be reformated too.

Try remove the HDD cage and reboot the N2100. If you can boot up with the HDD cage inside, then there should not be any problem with your N2100 board.

Yea, I can boot with the HDD inside the cage but I cant access it anyway inside the web gui menu. And the backup inside the drives are very backup I dont have extra storage space for it. Is there a way to fix the degraded drive without reformatting? Also I just tried accessing the N2100 without the drives it dont work? But I can used the wizard is just that I cannot login to it.

A Quick RESET on the back for few times fix this problem. But I can no longer save the settings?? Time, password, etc.... I change the cell on the board also...
