Sorry, i am from Germany and my English isn't very well....
I had a problem with my N5200 (i had it since 2 weeks): The System said, there is no more Space available. I had "13,626 MB / 653,652 MB (2.1%)" in the RAID-Information. I thought, that there is 2,1% Space for Data busy. What means it with the "Share Folder Limit" and the "Folder Quota Used "? In that fields i had 908 (GB). Means this really GB or MB? I can't save any more on the Disks...
Has anyone a idea how i can connect a Folder (i.e. Test) over Internet as a Network-Drive? I tried to connect in XP to my DynDNS-Address (\\name.dyndns\Test) and in the User-Authentication i typed in the User an PW but it doesn't work...
Thanks a lot for Help!!! stormyweathers

Hi stormyweathers, welcome to the forum.... 1) Where and when did the system tell you that there is no more space available? 2) What the RAID "Data Capacity" field is telling you, is that you roughly have 13.5 GB from a total of 653.5 GB, so you are currently using 2.1% of total storage. 3) I haven't tried quotas on my N5200 yet, but why didn't you just turn off the share folder limit (set it to zero), because your limit value of 908 GB is even larger than your RAID capacity? Sure, the share folder limit is always specified as GB. 4) When you connect to your N5200 over the internet using your dyndns address and you get the login screen, try to login as admin first. Is this working? Did you enable the WebDisk and Secure WebDisk services? In general you should be able to login as every user who is configured in the user administration. If none of my suggestions work, then please try to give some more details on what did you tried already. Andreas

Hi Omega,
thank you for your Help!!! 1) Not the Thecus told me, my XP-Computer told, that there is no space available. 2) This is what i thought 3) It is not possible to turn it off (set it to zero). I set them to 90000 and it will work. I thought, that there is standing GB but they mean MB. Otherwise it isn't possible. 4) This is working and the WebDisk and the Secure WebDisk is enabled. But i want to connect an other PC with my Thecus as a Network-Drive that the User and me can share a Database with a Program (like ACCESS).
In the meantime i established, that the capacities are correct. The misleading report is a result from the Country-Settings (in Germany the figures show 1.000.000,00 and in USA 1,000,000.00).
Best regards from Germany!!! stormyweathers
P.S.: The Spell Check is a great Instrument!!!!!
