I start to hate this product - i was expecting more reliability for this price...
More than once, under heavy use, the 5200 stops to respond. A soft shutdown was no longer possible and I have to force a power off.
Now the system ist booting and tells me, it is "Assebling RAID" for about 2 min.. Then the drives lights turns off and the system reboot...and so on..
I have no change to access my data. This is very, very bad - completely disappointed.

I've disconnected 2 drive to force the system to skip the "Assembling RAID" and get back the access to the web interface. Hopefully upgrading the firmware from 1.00.03 to 1.00.04. Doesn't help. still rebooting after 2 minutes. But with 1.00.04, a soft reboot hangs on "Self testing"... Thanks thecus for abusing customers as beta tester...
