Well, I decided to take a quick look at the "N5200 Windows Backup Utility". I can see why it doesn't have a version number, ha ha, but it does say Version 1.0.0 when it's running. It doesn't have any setup functionality, just download it and run it from where ever you saved it to. It makes the uninstall real clean. ;-) It probably works fine but its just so plain and basic. It is a notch better than manually copying via drag and drop or making a .bat file with a few copy commands in it. But at least they can put a checkmark by the "Backup Utility" included bullet. I don't know what operating systems it's designed to run on but it runs fine on my WinXP Pro SP2. It allows full or incremental copies to be made from any path to any path, manually started or scheduled. A SQLite "database" is put in the same directory to store you copy parameters and schedule information. I don't know what is necessary for the scheduled jobs to kick off besides selecting the schedule in the app. If you think it's all you need, it's probably still worth a look at the freeware/shareware backup applications at download.com (or elsewhere). No readme file or PDF document was included. Although the backup utility was simple enough for me to figure out, most users will want a manual, and plenty will need one. If the links below with spaces ("%20") in them give you trouble, navigate through Thecus' web site or go to this directory listing link. I'm not sure what I did wrong here. www.thecus.com/download/driver/-ZenDaveR
