Hi,
I have a N4100 with 4X ST3400633AS HDDs and i cannot get it to work with RAID 5.
When configured as RAID 5, the web based utility wee see the following:
From Storage - RAID menu sees Total Capacity and Used Percentage as N/A,
Although From the Storage - Disk HDD option see's all 1.5+ TB
This results in the device being seen as only 37Mb when shared.
In trying to work out the problem we tried using only 3 disks in a RAID 5 configuration and it works fine.
Are 4X400Gb disk too much for the N4100 or any ideas on the problem

Have to say I am dissapointed with the product and level of service.
Finally got a reply of: "Dear Sir,
The problem has been fixed in the next firmware version, the new firmware will available in the middle of this month.
Sorry for the inconvenience."
try telling that to our client that just paid for a device we were assured would work!

What is the firmware version? Do you still have the problem after upgrading to the latest firmware? (or you have returned the unti? ;D)
