Hi all,
My N2100 sent me a message Saturday that a problem had been found on Disk 1 and that it had been removed from the RAID1.
The manual was unclear on which of the physical disks was disk 1 and which one was disk 2, and it turned out that I accidentally swapped out disk 2.
However, the RAID rebuild went fine and my data still appears to be there.
A few hours ago, disk 1 was once again removed from the RAID.
I still have the working disk 2 I accidentally swapped out.
My question is this: would it work if I swapped disk 2 back into the N2100's number 2 slot, and moved the replacement disk 2 I put into the NAS on Saturday to slot 1 to replace the faulty disk there?
Thanks
