Right now I've got options for 30, 60 and 120 minutes and never.
Would be nice to have like 5, 10, 15 added to that. Or is there an issue with the HDD's if power management is set too low?

Starting & stopping spinning the disk probably does increase the wear & tear on it - but also if the spin down time is too low so it keeps having to spin up and spin down again in normal use it will actually use MORE power (and hence make more heat) as the disks use more power when spinning up (overcoming inertia) than once they are spinning.

The reason I ask for this isn't really that I use it that that much, just that it get's pretty hot in the box after a while. Something like 48-50C which I think is about 120F and I'd prefer the disks spin down faster after use.
