Hi Have had this unit running for ages and ages with no problems. The other day we've suddenly lost access. We cannot access it through '\\n4100pro' route or access the admin page on 'http://192.168.1.100' from a browser. This IP will respond to a ping so the network card is ok. The setup wizard doesn't find the device. The device boots fine and states the Raid is Ok and gives all the expected settings and information on the front panel. I've also tried the factory reset via the usb pendrive, which does what it's supposed to do (reset the IP addresses, reset the admin password) but doesn't resolve the access issue. It's like there is something wrong with the little web server or apache setup inside the box (assuming it's a little linux distro running the whole show). I can't even update the firmware as this requires access to the admin page. Is there any way of doing a true factory reset, including the linux (assuming that's what it is running) system inside the box??? If I can't I've either got to buy another unit to retrieve the data (which I'm going to do if it's going to randomly die like this) or pay an extortionate amount to get the users data off. Any help would be very much appreciated! Many thanks.

FYI - I managed to resolve this -
I had two ethernet cables plugged into the device with load balance turned on. After 2 reboots issue was not resolved.
I switched off the device, removed 1 of the ethernet cables and switched it back on. This restored access to the device.
I'm not sure if removing the ethernet cable or the multiple reboots was the solution but this might help anyone with the same problem.
