I bought a second hand Thecus N4100 and found it was dead.
The guy I bought it off has since skipped the country and now lives in Spain and I can not get hold of him.
The unit turns on but thats about it.
When I plug it into the network it does not show up, nor can I access it via the setup util.
Does anyone know how to fix this or have a contact number for someone in the UK who repairs them?
Any help welcome.

Just to add some more info, the blur light comes on but there is no flashing bootup led.
Drives show with blue lights but there is no activity on them.

I just changed the ram in mine from 128mb to 512mb, it now takes longer to boot, at first with when I tried a 1gb ram it did as you are saying, powers on but nothing else. So maybe try pop in another ram. This unit would only take chips marked with C2.5 (not sure what it means), but c3.0 didnt work.
DDR400 or DDR333 work.
I have a bunch of old wrecked and stripped out PCs from doing repairs, so I was lucky to have a module that worked.

Did you verify the network connection? These issues could be due to broken MB. Does the NW ports show any sign of activity when plugged in to the network?
