Hi,
My N5200 RouStor has been working perfectly until I updated to FW v2.00.18.4 from thecus.com today. It now boots up but doesn't recognise WAN or LAN and even worse my RAID. Rotating display reads: WAN N/A SYS FAN OK LINK Aggr: RAID NONE
I've gone through endless forums and support suggestions but nothing seems to work! I've tried a factory_test.sh along with FW2.00.18.4 or FW2.00.16 on a USB stick and booted the unit but nothing happened. Please help as a matter of urgency

I guess you have tried powering it off, removing the drives (just pull them out a little) and then switching it back on?
What model drives do you have?

I'm afraid I've tried that already. Drives are 5x Segate Barracuda 7200.10 I'm really crossed about loss of connectivity to the unit. it won't grab an IP since it started showing "WAN n/a"

I am having the exact same problem. I've tried everything from removing the disks, defaulting using the reset button (with and without disks in). I can't discover it with the setup wizard or ping the default IP address on either interface. HELP?!

I've finally had my problem resolved after weeks and weeks of nonsense. It took a DOM chip replacement. You need to contact thecus support and raise a ticket with them. If they don't respond - and they probably won't - I suggest you call the American support team on (909) 869-9110 they're really helpful.
