Since the unit makes such good use of it's disk thermometers, it might be interesting to have it record temperatures, fan speed, IO, (etc?) at a configurable interval, so it can be converted into a graph and thus, analysed.
Potentially very useful for a well used N2100 (or other box) where the scheduling of a backup can therefore be appropriate to non-peak usage.

The php thecus compiles doesn't include the GD graphics library so that's at least one thing slowing this down. I think the only other image stuff is convert in /opt/convert/ and looks like a python script.

I was thinking of getting a log of the data, and then graphing it externally, but having a graphg in the UI would be nice.
