more infos, when i start the nas all leds turn off and no whistle as it was usually when it was ok. i have tested with anothe disk and it is the same result. I believe it is out of order. i 'll look with the guaranty.
In fact, i am not very satisfied with this nas, it is very slow, reading ok even with multiple access but when i write files it is very very slow.
i have used Smart Utility and the answer is "Please insert HDD first".... there are 2 HDD and it cannot see anuone..... with Firefox, impossible to reach the nas but Smart Utility can see it .....

I assume you used Linux to see the XFS file system when you used your USB-SATA adapter? Have you tried deleting your existing partitions so that the drive has no file system on it, and reinerting it into your N2200?
