How do I stream video/audio/etc. from my 4100Pro to my Xbox 360?
I have a new 4100Pro, and have installed the latest firmware. It seems like this capability is built-in to the native media manager component. But I have tried enabling Media Manager (and UPnP) and selecting a folder that has a few video clips/mp3’s/jpg’s in it, but when trying to find the 4100Pro from my Xbox, it doesn’t see it. I have read the manual and searched several Thecus forums, and some indicate that this should work natively, some mention installing a separate media manager module (but I can’t find any on Thecus’s website), some mention Twonky, etc. I may be looking for it on the Xbox incorrectly – I look in my Video (or Music or Photo) Library, and choose ‘Computer’, and it says ‘No computer found.’
I’m sure this is probably pretty simple once you know all of the steps, but I just can’t find anything that shows me the actual steps. I appreciate any help you can provide!
