After trying to install a module i now run into an error message 'No table 'module' can be selected from db '/raid/module/cfg/module.db' !!'. I don't have SSH-DROPBEAR installed yet, so i can't run module_boot.sh manually from the command-line. I tried to install a RESET module that runs module_boot.sh in the install.sh script like this :
#!/bin/sh
cd /raid rm -rf ./module /img/bin/module_boot.sh /app/bin/module_boot.sh
res='pass' echo $res
That fails with the same error message. Resetting the box no good either.
Anybody got any idea how to proceed ?

Hmmm...
Is it possible to install either the ssh-dropbear module or the sysinfo module available via onbeat.dk?

The Thecus-Support gave me the solution (sort of). The script that builds the RAID calls module_boot.sh. So backing the data up to an external drive, dropping and creating the RAID gave me the module database back. I'm considering to add a special event handler for one of the buttons to avoid falling into this trap again.
