Hi, My N5200pro seems dead.. I cannot access it via IP and display show the following message: R[5-1245] : degraded What does it mean? What can i do? thank you in advance.

Hello, I you tried a few reboot ? The message means that there is a problem with HD number 3. But you should be able to use the Thecus : the RAID is available but one HD has a problem... You can try (with Thecus shutdown) to unplug and replug the HD number 3 and then boot. If the problme persists, you should replace this HD and the RAID will be reconstructing automatically (it will take a few hours, depending on the disc size).

I have the same message, and have just replaced HD number 3 (I assume this is the middle HD?), but still getting the same error message.
Anyone have any other suggestions?

Actually, didn't realise I had to replace it as a hotswap. It is now rebuilding.
