and last think i dont want to make them raid i need big free space so i can put all my staff and documents and movies there and i have 5 PCs in my home so i can open and access the HD data from any where in my home
so i was thinking to get one of those nas but the problem i get many power outage in my area lets say 10 times in a day so if i buy this nas is going to damge my HD due to power outage or not

The N5200 is a Network Attached Storage - so no need to connect it directly to a PC, cause all data can be accessed via the network and can also be accessed from multiple PC's at the same time.
If You don't need protection, then You may configure the discs as JBOD, so You have all capacity available. Nevertheless I would not recommend to do this, cause every single HD failure might cause that all data are lost - there is not so much space You loose having i.e RAID5 and it protects You against the fail of one harddisk - especially if you have a lot of data you should think about your strategy.
If You have a lot of power outages then I would recommend to connect the N5200 via a UPS and shut it down automatically if the power outage is more than 2 or 3 minutes.
