I purchased the 2100 and have had it up and running. I have been attempting to resolve some very slow network access via XP and slowly getting there with various suggestions from various users.
However,
I came into work this morning to discover a couple of things. My gigbit switch died.
And even though I plug the 2100 into my other switch which is talking happily to other computers on teh network, I can now no longer locate the 2100 on the network.
I cant hit its web interface, and when I install the 2100 software to discover the dev ice, it cannot see it at all.
I have attempted to try different leads, as well as plugging the device directly to a laptop using a crossover cable.
NO love at all.
As I can access any settings, does this sound like a dead 2100 to anyone out there?
AHHHHH I am so frustrated with this.
Peace

I am not sure if the N2100 is the same as the N1200 in this respect. The N1200 has a single WAN port which goes up to gigabit and supports jumbo frames. Perhaps yours was setup this way, and it will no longer work on slower network. If so, try resetting the Thecus, by pressing the reset button.
